Job description, responsibilities and duties Are you looking for stability and job security and want to work in a friendly team? We are looking for a new colleague to join our team as a Freight Transport Dispatcher. The ideal candidate will possess experience in effective route planning, staff coordination, excellent communication skills, and have a keen interest in gaining new professional experience. We are looking for a mature dispatcher with over 5 years of experience, capable of taking ownership of our fleet operations and driving efficiency. Responsibilities:

• Manage a fleet of approximately 60 trucks, ensuring regulatory compliance and efficient operations.
• Optimize fleet profitability through effective route planning and resource allocation.
• Communicate with business partners in Slovakia and abroad.
• Address transport-related issues and customer complaints.
• Work with programs including RaalTrans, and our internal TMS system.
• Supervising drivers, making sure they use tablets for tracking and tracing purposes.
• Arrange transportation services with external carriers to meet business demands.
• Take accountability for the financial performance of assigned trucks.
• Oversee personnel management and organize drivers‘ schedules.
• Stay informed about market trends and developments in the transportation and logistics industry.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

• Secondary with school-leaving examination
• Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
• University education (Bachelor’s degree)
• University education (Master’s degree)

Language requirements

• • • Slovak – Excellent (C2) and English – Upper intermediate (B2) or Hungarian – Intermediate (B1) or German – Intermediate (B1) or Russian – Intermediate (B1)

Personality requirements and skills

• • • • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
      • Intermediate proficiency in English (B2) is a MUST.
      • Excellent proficiency in Slovak (C2) is a MUST.
      • Interest in digital development and effective communication.
      • Valid driver’s license (B).
      • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a dispatcher or relevant field is a MUST.
      • Personal attributes including honesty, teamwork, analytical and economic thinking, flexibility, and organizational skills.
