Job description, responsibilities and duties We are recruiting on behalf of a leading company in the agricultural and construction sector, specializing in constructing and servicing agricultural and construction machinery. Tasks and Duties:

As an Agricultural and Construction Machinery Mechanic, you will be responsible for:

• Inspecting, maintaining, and repairing a variety of agricultural and construction machinery, including tractors, loaders, excavators, and other heavy equipment.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
• Performing routine servicing such as oil changes, part replacements, and system calibrations.
• Ensuring safety and reliability of machinery by following service manuals and using diagnostic tools.
• Collaborating with team members and reporting to supervisors about machinery conditions and required repairs.

Requirements:

Education: • Education in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering is desirable but not required. Work Experience: • Previous experience in mechanical engineering, electronics, or electrical engineering is essential. Language Skills: • German language proficiency at B1/B2 level is required to communicate effectively with colleagues and superiors. Personality and Skills: • Clear communication skills (in German) and the ability to work well in a team environment. • Ability to take initiative and troubleshoot independently.
