Job Summary We are currently seeking a highly motivated Accountant to join the finance team at one of the world’s leading Oil Trading Companies. You will support various financial tasks and processes under the guidance of senior accountants. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to kick-start their career in accounting within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities:

• As an Accountant, your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Supporting accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including processing invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
• Assisting with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with company policies and accounting principles.
• Assisting with payroll processing and related tasks.
• Participating in financial audits and assisting auditors as needed.
• Providing general administrative support to the finance department.
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
• Staying updated on relevant accounting regulations and industry best practices.

Qualifications and Experience

• To be successful in this role, you should:

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Have strong attention to detail and numerical aptitude.
• Possess excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be eager to learn and develop new skills in the field of accounting.
• English spoken and written C2.

• Willingness to travel
• IFRS (International financial reporting standards)
